Nokia News Tidbits, X6 Release Date, Bounce on N900
Got a few little Nokia goodies and news to share with you just before lunch. Vodafone have made a quick jump at the Nokia N97 Mini as they did with the Nokia N97 and have put their advertisement pages up on their “Coming Soon” section. Vodafone have made the right move on advertising the black version, because I think we’ve all seen enough of that Copper.
Check out after the break where we look at the release date of the Nokia X6, China Mobile and Symbian Foundation collaborate as well as we have seen Bounce running on a Nokia N900.
Nokia X6 Release Date
The Nokia X6 is one of Nokia’s latest announced devices. The Nokia X6 is a 3.2 inch touchscreen device with a capacitive touchscreen (woo!) and will be one of Nokia’s premium ‘Comes with Music’ phones. The phone is set to retail at £529.99 sim-free (uhh!) and that includes your years subscription to all you can download music. After all, you will have 32GB to fill.
The non ‘Comes with Music’ version is going to be available around February and will be around £350. The Nokia X6 has been listed on Play.com but does not have a date. However, Expansys have the Nokia X6 available to pre-order when the phone is released 12th Novemeber 2009. We fully expect the price of this device to hopefully reduce before release because to be fair, that’s a little on the high side.
Bounce Running on Nokia N900
With such a dazzling screen on the Nokia N900, all that real estate to play with, the gaming could get good. Here’s a demonstration video of the N900 playing the game we’ve grown to love, Bounce.
