you don't need a specific install folder
I have copy/paste JAR file to the install folder and then I started to install it but it keeps saying unable to install... I have tried other games too but always unable to install... Can someone help me? (sorry my bad english...)
do those JAR files have valid certificate?
how can I check it? I have tried many different JAR files but always it keep saying unable to install. ██████__| <-- It install about that much before it say "unable to install"

do you have the sis or sisx files of those games? if yes, just reinstall those games to the memory card.

i downloaded a game from my pc to my nokia x6. it installs fine but when you play it, there are arrow buttons and ABCD buttons on the screen to play the game.......and the game screen is as a result reduced too.....!!

Stupid tutoring providing that when clicking on the file it says: forward, details, rename, copy, move, delete, delete all files, sorting. No option whatsoever to install anything.

Dear All,
I think I have solved this problem by copying the files you want to install into (install) folder inside the machine and then from the menu click on install.
by the way, if you put it into any other folder, it will not work.

I like Nokia phones. But I am concern about the restriction of the applications that can be loaded. I have two applications that I used daily and I want to load them on the phone. Yes, they windows based. I think there should be a way of installing these on the phone.

2, disconnect and go into settings
3, then into application mgr
4, then installation files
5, there you should find, the jar files. just a matter of following on screen instructions, after double tapping the file you want to install
